Below are the delivery services we offer to get you your Iglootree order straight to your door. We normally dispatch the orders between 1-7 days. Once the order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email about the details. Any special request delivery required please let us know via

Worldwide Delivery

International orders can be sent either Royal Mail International Standard or Royal Mail International Tracked. Additionally very large or expensive orders may be upgraded to DHL tracked.

International deliveries may be subject to import duties, taxes and fees that are out of our control that you may need to pay in order to receive the goods. For items to be exported, the carriage charge covers packaging and delivery only.

*Please note the delays may occur due to different regions and rules. It could lead up to 20 working days for some items to arrive but very rare. 


It is the policy of Iglootree to ensure that all goods are supplied to our customers in perfect condition and that every possible precaution is taken to protect the integrity of the product that is sold. If you are unhappy with your unused purchase please and wish to return your purchase, please email Customer Services at with the order number quoted on the delivery note.

You will be given instructions about where to return the goods which must be made without undue delay and in any case within 14 days of notifying us.

When the goods have been received and checked, a refund for the goods and the standard delivery charge (premium charges are not refundable) will be issued within 14 days. This means that you may be contacted for details as to how we can make repayment to you. Please note that returning the goods to us is your responsibility and we are not obliged to repay you for any costs that you have incurred in returning the products to us.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

Items damaged in transit

If you take delivery of a package from us and the contents have been damaged in transit, we will exchange the damaged items without charge to you provided you return the damaged item(s) to us within 30 days of taking delivery. If we are out of stock of the item that you have purchased, we will issue you the full refund upon receiving the damaged item or offering you a discount as an alternative option. 

Incorrect items

If we have sent you an incorrect item, please notify us as soon as possible or within 30 days and return the incorrect item to us and specify the correct details in writing. If you would like us to replace the incorrect item with the item you ordered we will send you the correct item as soon as possible or alternatively we will refund the item once it has been returned. We will not charge you for the incorrect item and we must have the incorrect item returned before investigating.
